Volunteers may be assigned to assist the active Board members with activities such as the Children’s Art, Merchandise sales, Cleaning, Logistics, Marketing, Booth Sitting and Viewing. The volunteer opportunities usually involve two to three hour shifts on Saturday or Sunday of the art show. Volunteers work side by side with active and sustaining Board members and many times find themselves enjoying their time so much that they later become active members of the Board. Volunteer opportunities include, but are not limited to:

Children’s Art Tent – Join the Fun!!
Spend the weekend surrounded by laughter, creativity, and color! Help kids unleash their inCner artists as they paint, make jewelry, craft ornaments, and create all kinds of imaginative artwork — all for free! We’ll have over 500 children stopping by to make masterpieces with washable paints and sparkly supplies. It’s a joyful, hands-on experience that will leave you smiling all day.

Teens and students — you can even earn community service hours while having a blast helping the next generation of young artists!

Merchandise Sales: Perform duties of sale of posters and t-shirts in one of two sales booths. This may include rolling the posters and putting them into plastic bags or selling merchandise.

Viewing: Walk with a Board member throughout the park and monitor the artist booths to assure compliance with the show rules and regulations.

Sitters: Sit in Artist booth while the artist takes a lunch or nature break.
